Social responsibility, or citizenship, is deeply rooted in arvato’s corporate culture. It is one of the four Bertelsmann Essentials and an integral part of our business practice.

For us, corporate responsibility (CR) encompasses more than just social responsibility in its narrow sense. We see ourselves both as a part and as a partner of society. We seek to act responsibly over the long term particularly where our company’s value creation and the interests and expectations of our stakeholders converge: in our business environment, in interactions with our employees, in society and in our treatment of the environment.
