Andrea Kaminski, President, International Finance and arvato Ireland

Andrea has been head of arvato’s finance services business in the UK and Ireland since 2005. As President of arvato’s finance business she is responsible for the international growth of our finance services across the UK and Ireland, US, China, India, Brazil, Philippines, Singapore and Germany.

Under her management, arvato has developed into a well-known international player in the digital finance BPO business world. Andrea’s responsibilities include directing the design and implementation of global billing and payment systems and leading the winning and development of international BPO projects for arvato clients.

Andrea has built an impressive track record in the delivery and marketing of innovative financial services solutions for online and offline businesses. She is considered an industry expert on global payment, billing and finance BPO solutions and is experienced in the field of mergers and acquisitions.

Since 2007, she has been a member of “Generation CEO”, an exclusive business network for woman in top management positions. Andrea has previously worked in a number of managerial posts for arvato’s finance business, including Client Manager BOL, Senior Client Manager e-Commerce and Director Key Account Management/Billing Solutions. She originally joined Bertelsmann in 1997 as a Senior Auditor in the Corporate Audit Department.

Her recent achievements include securing a major global BPO deal for arvato and the acquisition of Credit Solutions, one of the leading UK-based debt collection companies.
