Debra Maxwell, Global BPO Director

In her role as Global BPO Director, Debra leads arvato's global business process outsourcing partnership with Microsoft. This five-year agreement involves teams in the US, Ireland, Mexico, Singapore and Manila.

Debra created a new managed- service model for Microsoft, which has successfully transitioned multiple vendors, staff, processes and global locations to arvato.

From 2007 until 2009, Debra was General Manager Ireland and Global Operations Director at arvato finance services. In this position, she was responsible for global delivery of billing, rating, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payment processing, collections and customer service, across Ireland, India, Brazil, the US and China.

Debra previously worked as Director of Shared Services at Surrey County Council, where she led the implementation and delivery of shared services for the council. This project won the 2006 European IQPC Best New Shared Service Centre.

Prior to this role, Debra was Customer Service Director for Novar plc.

Debra lives in Cheltenham and enjoys painting and decorating.
